The four-semester study program “Master of Science in Civil Engineering’’ offered by RWTH Aachen University is a full-time course that allows students who have already acquired in-depth practical expertise in their Bachelor studies to further improve their skills and knowledge in engineering. The Master’s program offers eight program concentrations: Advanced Computational Methods in Civil Engineering, taught in English, Construction Production Systems and Construction Process Management, Constructive Structural Engineering, Constructive Hydraulic Engineering, Tunnel Engineering and Geotechnics, Transport, and Water Management. Throughout their students, participants will be encouraged to work independently on various tasks and projects while using different methods of scientific problem solving. Students can expect to learn how to develop, plan and execute technical projects. Graduates’ professional profile will differ depending on the concentration of their studies.
