Description
The state examination program “Dentistry” at RWTH Aachen University has a duration of ten semesters and provides an opportunity for an internship and a semester abroad. The course is taught entirely in German. Students get theoretical knowledge and practical competence in areas of mouth, jaws and face. The program offers new and more innovative study and teaching approaches. The curriculum’s content includes Medical Terminology, Chemistry for dentists, Cellular Biology, Macroscopic and Microscopic Anatomy, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Surgery, and more. Graduates could pursue a career in dentistry, scientific institutions, the pharmaceutical industry, and insurance companies. The admission requirement for international applicants is to include TestAS (Test für Ausländische Studierende) in German, and for German, EU and EEC citizens, a German university entrance qualification/Abitur is enough to apply.
