“Master of Science in Materials Engineering’’ is a four-semester study program offered at RWTH Aachen University. This course of study offers advanced knowledge in metal and mineral materials. Furthermore, students will be able to acquire specific skills in materials engineering through lectures and practical exercises conducted in small groups. In addition, each specialization also provides an integrated industrial internship. The latter will help students to become familiar with various companies and thus establish contacts that can be of a great help for their future careers. Another benefit for participants is the diversity of the offered specializations. Some of the examples include Iron Casting, Metallurgy of Iron and Steel, Plastic Shaping, General Metallurgy and Metal Physics, High Temperature Technology, and others.
