The English-taught degree program “Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering’’ is offered at RWTH Aachen University. This is a full-time study course with duration of four semesters. With this program, students will acquire in-depth knowledge of the development, production, and processing of mineral materials, ferrous and non-ferrous. By enrolling in this program, participants will have the opportunity to improve their skills in designing and managing different projects while also leading project teams. The degree content of this program focuses on disciplines not only within Metallurgical Engineering but also in Materials Technology. What is more, students will be able to tailor their studies by choosing a specialization at the very beginning of their studies. The areas that they can choose from as Process Technology of Metals, Physical Metallurgy and Materials, Material Science of Mineral Materials, and Materials Science of Steels.
