“Bachelor of Science in Technology Education, Gymnasium and Gesamtschule Teacher’’ is a six-semester degree program offered at RWTH Aachen University. This course of study is specifically designed for prospective students who want to become teachers at comprehensive or secodnary schools. Aside from the teacher training subjects, participants will also have the chance to learn about the fundamentals of different engineering disciplines. The degree content offers participants knoweldge in different topic areas, such as Mathematics, Technical Methods and Processes, Materials Processing Systems, Technology – Society – Nature, and others. With the theoretical knwoeldge and practical expeirence that students gain thourghout their studies, they can be optimally prepared for teaching such content in schools.
