Offered by the Saarland University the study course “Computer Science (Teacher Training)” aims to train experts in targeted communication, learning and educational processes in the subject of computer science based on scientific findings. Students are able to acquire in-depth knowledge of formal principles in formal languages, mathematical methods, software development and computer hardware. The compulsory modules of the course include programming, System architecture, Basics of algorithms and data structures, Information systems, Concurrent programming, Basics of Theoretical Computer Science, Software design internship and Computer science education.
