The four-semester degree program “Master of Science in Cybersecurity” is provided by the Saarland University. Students of the course deepen their knowledge in the areas of cryptography, privacy or software security, systems and networks as well as in the formal methods and legal aspects of information security while studying related topics in the field of computer science. The participants will be able to successfully research in the field of cyber security and obtain comprehension and skills in order to specialize in a remunerative position in the context of cyber security in the private or public sector. By also focusing on research and the foundation for advanced doctoral research the course prepares the participants to be able to work as software architects specializing in security, as security analysts or penetration testers, as a data protection officers and more.
