The program “Bachelor of Arts in English: Linguistics, Literatures, and Cultures” is provided by the Saarland University. The aim of the course is to master both spoken and written English language as well as to provide a basic overview of the linguistics as well as extensive knowledge of the types of text in the target cultures such as literary texts, specialist texts, everyday conversation along with the current research fields and electronic processing techniques. The students will be able to understand the inter- and transcultural contexts and qualify for a variety of professional fields such as in international economy, media, cross-cultural private and public institutions, publishing, education and more.
