Description
The tri-national course “Master of Arts in Franco-German Studies: International Communication and Cooperation” is with a standard period of four semesters provided by the three participating universities University of Luxembourg, University of Lorraine-Metz and Saarland University. The course includes Romance Studies, German Studies and Political Science as well as Information and Communication Science and aims to train graduates who have a high level of German and French language skills and have profound knowledge of the culture, history and politics of Germany and France as well as their integration in Europe and worldwide contexts. The main subjects include theories and methods of cultural studies, culture and society analysis using various media and their characteristics such as language, literature, newspapers, film, internet, Information and communication science as well as theory and practice of intercultural communication, political science methods and analyzes of Franco-German policy fields and more.
