The four-semester degree program “Master of Arts in Historical Studies in a European Perspective” is provided by the Saarland University. The curriculum covers European history, historical periods from classical antiquity up to the present day and subfields of economic, social history, cultural and media history. “Master of Arts in Historical Studies in a European Perspective” provides special taught courses, cross-border projects and specially designed work placements with specific focus on European dimension and European aspects. Graduates will be able to specialize in European politics, in cultural and creative industries, major companies, in international organizations and associations or in tourism.
