The four-semester study course “Master of (Blended Learning) of Evaluation” is provided by the Saarland University in cooperation with Distance and Independent Studies Center - Kaiserslautern University of Technology. It explores theories, research methods while providing national as well as international evaluation practices. During the program, students are able to learn how to design and implement evaluations in a wide range of contexts while improving the practical experiences in doing evaluations. By preparing students for scientific and methodologically explorations of evaluation questions the master degree imparts skills and insights into the practical work of commissioners and evaluation experts, provides strong comprehension in monitoring, quality management, organizational development, project and program management.
