The supplementary subject program “Bachelor of Arts in Proficiency in a second foreign language (Italian)” is offered by the Saarland University studied to the extent of twenty-four Credit Points.  The program is targeting students who seek a professional field in Italy or in intercultural communication with Italy or students who seek to acquire knowledge of Italian for their academic studies for instance art history, philology or history. Participants have the opportunity to study the additional subject Italian either with no previous knowledge of Italian or with previous knowledge.
