With a standard period of study of six semesters the program “Bachelor of Science in Quantum Engineering” is offered by the Saarland University. It combines the basics of physics and engineering with a thematic focus on quantum technologies with focus on the interdisciplinary system concept. By professionally training the students how to work both theoretically and practically the course includes a broad education in physical and engineering fundamentals as well as high practical orientation during the compulsory physical and engineering internships.
