The degree program “Master of Science in Quantum Engineering” is offered by the Saarland University with a total length of four semesters. It aims to provide both research and application-oriented training in the modern quantum technologies with strong focus oriented towards the interdisciplinary system concept while providing the prospective students with the ability to work scientifically and in-depth knowledge for the technological implementation of research results. By providing core areas of quantum physics and systems engineering the participants are able to deepen the interdisciplinary scientific competences in the imparted economics modules or language courses. The program also provides basic natural sciences, physics and application-oriented engineering sciences, systems engineering while aiming to research, develop and implement quantum technologies.
