The four-semester degree program “Master of Science in Visual Computing” is offered by the Saarland University. Entirely English-taught the course teaches students the fundamental principles, processes and applications of computer-assisted processing of visual information in order to gain comprehension in both theory and practice of image analysis and pattern recognition. Graduates learn how images are generated, how to create static and animated images with both theoretical and practical knowledge in geometrical principles, image synthesis and image analysis and related areas.
