With a duration of six semesters in total, the “Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy” is offered by the Sankt Georgen Graduate School of Philosophy and Theology. The course imparts specialist knowledge along with many skills that can be used in different professions such as argumentation techniques, reading skills and the ability to reflect. The prospective students are able to explore in-depth the theoretical philosophy and the topics of epistemology, philosophy of language, logic, anthropology, natural philosophy, metaphysics and more. The bachelor's degree enables graduates to work in the fields of education, media, church, state or in civil society organizations as well as for activities in interreligious dialogues or ethical counseling processes.
