The “bAV Advisor (Certified Corporate Pension Advisor)” certificate course at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences includes 60 teaching units as a face-to-face phase as well as 160 teaching units in self-study. The aim of the course is to provide students with professional and practical training in the extensive and rapidly changing field of company pension schemes. Focusing on relevant tax, labor and social security law aspects, the program is also highly practice-oriented.
