The “Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics and Digital Transformation” program at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences is a part-time course that enables students to work and study simultaneously. Over the course of 6-8 semesters, subjects like Introduction to business informatics, Basics of economics, Project management, Mathematics, Financing and Investment, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, Accounting, Software engineering and agile software development, IT security and data protection and more are taught. Candidates are required to present a university entrance qualification, or at least two years of vocational training and at least three years of full-time professional experience if they do not have a qualification.
