Description
The “Master of Laws in Business Law” program at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences has a length of 3 full-time semesters. The program is focused on broadening and deepening the knowledge acquired in the Bachelor's degree in Business Law. The course curriculum contains European and international commercial and corporate law, Bankruptcy Law International Accounting and International Financial Management, Intellectual Property, Cross-border human resource management, Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate succession and other subjects. Admission requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business law or a diploma in business law at the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences with an overall grade of “good” or better.
