The distance learning program “Master of Science in Computer Science and IT Management” Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 5 part-time semesters. The program is targeted towards students with previous academic experience who wish to deepen their expertise in the field. The course curriculum contains Strategic management and IT governance, IT infrastructures and cloud computing, IT security, Multivariate statistics, IT law and data protection, Process management and IT consulting, Project management and other subjects. Candidates must have a completed computer science or business informatics degree or a degree with at least 50% computer science content as well as professional experience of at least one year. Graduates are able to tackle industry challenges and embark on various career paths.
