The “Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” program at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences aims to impart in-depth knowledge about the use of sophisticated theoretical means, modern methods and development tools in the process of development and design of new products. Over the course of 3 full-time semesters, students acquire skills and abilities for the holistic development and manufacture of technical products. A first university degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) is a prerequisite for admission to program. Graduates are enabled to take on responsible positions in all areas of the industry.
