The further training program “Quality Manager for Manufacturing and Organizational Processes” at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 2 part-time semesters. The course enables students to make manufacturing and organizational processes measurable and to improve them sustainably. Legal, norm and document systems, Production management, Lean management, Quality promotion, Process modeling and process management, Project management and other subjects are part of the course curriculum. Admission requirements include the completion of a university degree or a comparable degree at a vocational academy as well as at least one year of professional experience. Students receive all the necessary technical, methodical and communicative skills that they need as a quality manager in a company.
