The distance learning program “Master of Laws in Tax Law and Taxation” program at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences prepares students for two recognized degrees at the same time: the academic degree of "Master of Laws" and the tax advisor qualification. Over the course of 5 part-time semesters, Business administration and accounting. Business law, Digitization and data protection in tax advice, Procedural law, Balance sheet tax law, Accounting of partnerships and other subjects are taught. Admission requirements include a completed university degree or a degree at an administrative college or at a vocational academy as well as relevant professional experience of at least one year.
