The extra-occupational degree program “Master of Laws in Business Law” is offered by South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences Iserlohn, with a duration of five semesters. It is aimed for students who already hold a Bachelor’s degree and would like to deepen their scientific knowledge and qualification, while also strengthening their management skills. Participants have the chance to explore different theoretical lectures and seminars such as E-Commerce & Copyright Law, International Business Law, Management Competencies, as well as to take part in practical exercises. The course offers three different specializations: Labor Law, International Business Law, or Competition Law. At the end of their studies, participants understand the business management and its legal framework, and are able to deal with complex problems in professional manner. Graduates are prepared for management positions in private and public companies, corporate and tax consultancies, or in banking.
