The dual, training-integrated “Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering” program at South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences Iserlohn enables students to simultaneously focus on their theoretical studies and practical skills through work placements in the industry. Over the course of 9 semesters, students are taught production management, energy management and e-mobility, international management, technical sales and product management. In addition to teaching solid engineering and management fundamentals and practical applications, an important feature of the Soest course is the development of the necessary language skills and a sense of behavior of people from other cultures.
