The study course “Master of Arts in International Business and Leadership” offered by SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences is aimed at students who wish to exceed in corporate management and HR. This program is provided in English and gives knowledge in strategic management of human resources during the full-time studies. The regular length is four semesters, however students can choose a Fast Track options with only three semesters. Both allow students to strengthen their skills in negotiation, communication and intercultural skills. This master’s degree opens the door to a professional career in human resource management, positions in business development, management in international companies, and others.
