The short course “International Wind Industry Training” provided by SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences is an intensive full-time course on wind energy and its components. The course is in English. During the four days of the course participants will deepen their understanding in aerodynamic principles, turbines types and how to identify them as well, as blade design and energy efficiency of the turbines. In addition to the technical know-how students will cover some of the management and finance in the wind energy industry. The program includes practical demonstrations of small turbines, tutorial on handling specialized tools, calculating software and hands-on training and coaching. Participants receive university certificate upon completion of the course.
