The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Photography” at the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences builds up on students’ personal visual language and talent. The study form is full-time and the course can be in English or German. In the seven semesters of the program students are taught how pictures work and what they can achieve, analog and digital image recording techniques, and the possibilities of image design when they find their own style. Some career options can be in the fields of portrait, fashion, editorial, advertising, product or reportage photography and others. The main subjects in the course are Basics of Photography, Typography, Programme Theory, Communication Sciences, Cross-Media Design, Presentation and Design Methodology and many more.
