With a duration of four semesters, the degree program “Master of Arts in Musicology” is offered by the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart. The focus of the study course falls on working scientifically in the fields of musicology and humanities. The participants take seminar in systematic musicology and seminar in source studies or paleography and study artistic professionalization and obtain knowledge of essential basics of professional and economic education.
