The four-semester course of studies “Master of Music in Historic Keyboard Instruments” is offered by the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart. The master program consists of composition, coaching lessons and practice improvisation with ensemble conducting, literature studies and analysis, musicology seminar and more. The graduates develop the advanced aspects of piano techniques by elaboration of works of piano literature especially in the areas of instrumental technique with understanding of form, expressiveness and style. The prospective students master a diverse repertoire of works of the clarinet literature in the field of their chosen specialization profile and gain competence in essential stylistic and practical performance issues.
