“Bachelor of Music in Music Theory” is offered by the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart with a total duration of eight semesters. The study course provides a variety of key areas of focus while the participants acquire the basic knowledge of didactic strategies for conveying music theory content including the relevant software along with the ability to conduct teaching experiments. Furthermore, students of this program will acquire a comprehensive knowledge of essential techniques for composition. In addition, abilities in analyzing works from different styles are imparted during this course of studies. Prospective students will also learn the sampling and sequencer technology fundamentals.
