The four-semester degree program “Master of Music in Organ” is provided by the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart. Throughout the course, students expand their knowledge of basic questions and historical developments in the field of social history and sociology of music along with the ability to deal independently with aspects of the social contextualization of music. The “Master of Music in Organ” consists of seminars in ensemble line conducting, literature, analysis, music mediation, musicology, source science, history interpretation, performance practice, notation knowledge, media application and more.
