Provided by the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart, the study course “Master of Music in Correpetition” is with a duration of four semesters total. The master degree aims to provide to the participants the necessary artistic development and to expand the specific piano and interpretative skills. By including special music theoretical and scientific content, the prospective students obtain the ability to independently prepare and design a full evening song and to prepare and design a full-length chamber music evening. During their study, graduates are able to receive advanced knowledge of analytical methods in order to describe formal and compositional principles including interpretative issues and specific aesthetic positions.
