The four-semester degree program “Master of Music in Voice” is offered by the State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart. With a particular emphasis upon the artistic development and the extension of specific vocal and interpretative skills, the degree program expands the methods for the relevant learning fields in chamber music, popular music and competition literature. The students obtain awareness and application of the connection between breath and expression and obtain mastery of a diverse repertoire of songs, arias and voice work in performance-related and vocal-technical manner. During the course, students learn about the vocal literature of music theater and master vocal techniques with strong musical expression into account.
