The degree program “Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering (teacher training)” provided by the Technical University of Berlin offers a full-time course with a duration of six semesters. This program can be selected as a core subject and supplemented with a secondary one at TU Berlin, the Free University of Berlin or the Humboldt University of Berlin. During the program participants will gain extensive engineering knowledge in the automotive field. The main disciplines thought are automotive engineering, teaching methodology and educational science. What is more, during the program students will complete a six-week professional development internship at a school in order to acquire their first professional experience as teachers, which will help them in their future careers.
