The degree program “Master of Science in Biological Chemistry” offered by the Technical University of Berlin provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program will give students interdisciplinary knowledge with biochemical-biological and molecular-based chemical content. Some of the main modules during the program are chemistry, biology, genetics and others. Depending on their interests, students will be able to specialize in different areas such as biological chemistry, molecular biology and many others. Despite the fact that students are not required to complete a non-university internship this might help them to make their first steps in their careers. After graduation participants will be able to start their careers in chemistry, microbiology, medical biotechnology and many other areas.
