The degree program “Master of Arts in Educational Sciences – Consulting and Organizational Development” offered by the Technical University of Berlin provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program will help students to become experts in organizational learning and educational processes. Some of the main modules during the program are pedagogics, psychology, education management and others. As the program is practically oriented students are required to complete an internship with a duration of at least 8 weeks. After finishing the program graduates will start their careers in scientific and educational institutions or other organizations.
