The degree program “Bachelor of Science in Food Technology” provided by the Technical University of Berlin offers a full-time course with a duration of six semesters. The program will give students detailed knowledge and skills in contemporary food technologies and engineering. The main subjects in this program are chemistry, food technology, process engineering and others. As the program is practically oriented an industrial internship must be completed by the students. After finishing their degree graduates will be able to start their careers in various fields such as food production, implementation of new technologies in food production, quality assurance and control of food and others.
