The degree program “Master of Arts in Historical Urban Studies” offered by the Technical University of Berlin provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program will provide students with contemporary historical knowledge, which they will use to investigate the development of the design and lifestyles of European urban life. Some of the main modules taught are urban development, public space and urban culture, governance and public sector in European urban history and others. Students are not required to complete any internships but have that choice as it can be a good experience to develop in their area of interest. After graduation students will be able to start work in public relations, advertising, tourism and other areas.
