The degree program “Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering” provided by the Technical University of Berlin offers a full-time course with a duration of six semesters. During the program participants will receive detailed mechanical engineering knowledge and also will learn how to apply it in practice. The main disciplines taught are mathematics, mechanics, thermodynamics, science and others. The program will give freedom to participants to choose from a number of elective modules in order to build their knowledge in a particular area of interest. Furthermore, students will be required to complete two non-university professional internships. After graduation participants will be able to start their careers in various areas of mechanical engineering such as the development of manufacturing processes, design, planning and construction of machines, plants and others.
