The degree program “Master of Education in Prevocational Education (core subject) (teacher training)“ offered by the Technical University of Berlin provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program will help students to develop their educational skills and knowledge by combining different sciences like psychology, didactics and others. The program has to be completed with a secondary subject at the Free University of Berlin or the Humboldt University of Berlin. Some of the main modules taught are pedagogical diagnostics, learning support and motivation, psychology and others. Furthermore, in order to get their first experience as teachers students are required to complete one full semester of teaching. After graduation participants in the program will be able to start their careers as teachers and imply their knowledge and skills.
