The degree program “Master of Science in Scientific Computing” offered by the Technical University of Berlin provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program will give students advanced and practical mathematical and computing skills, which they will use to find solutions for technical and engineering problems by using numeric processes and different software. The whole program is taught in English and some of the main modules are computing, differential equations, control theory, linear algebra and others. In order to gain their first practical experience in the field students are required to complete a non-university internship with a duration of at least six weeks. After graduation participants in the program will be able to start their careers in various industrial companies, engineering, medicine and others.
