The degree program “Master of Arts in Stage Design and Scenography” offered by the Technical University of Berlin provides a full-time course with a duration of four semesters. The program will help students to develop their creative and artistic skills in order to design and create different stage designs for exhibitions, theatres etc. Some of the main modules taught are costume history, musical dramaturgy, scenography and others. Furthermore, students are required to complete two internships with a duration of six weeks in order to gain their first professional experience in the field. After finishing the program graduates will be able to start their careers as stage designers, scenographers or in other artistic fields.
