The study program “Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance'' offered at the Technical University of Cologne provides a full-time Bachelor’s course with a duration of six semesters. This program welcomes graduates from various disciplines who could demonstrate an aptitude for higher mathematics. The theory-focused approach of the program aims to familiarize participants with the fundamentals in the field. The scientific investigations that students are required to complete during their studies, however, allow them to work on real-case scenarios. As the official language of instruction is German, international students are required to provide proof of completed German language examination. Usually, this is the “Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang".
