The advanced training program “Specialist for Child Perspectives” at the Technical University of Cologne is with a length of 120 hours, of which 64 are in person and approx. 56 hours. for self-study and practical tasks. Introduction to the child perspective approach, Participation and children's rights, Development and interpretation of the children's perspectives, and other topics are explored through the curriculum. The program is intended for state-recognized educators, childhood educators, social educators and social workers, with a relevant Bachelor’s degree being part of the admission requirements.
