Description
The study program “Master of Science in Town Planning and Urban Development in North Rhine-Westphalia’’ at the Technical University of Cologne provides a full-time Master’s course with a duration of four semesters. This program is part of the co-joint project in which TU Cologne participates together with Universität Siegen, Hochschule Bochum, Fachhochschule Dortmund. The aim of the Master’s program is to deepen participants’ expertise in the field by enabling them to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject matter. The sustainable development of urban spaces, with a special focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, is a central theme in this degree program. The inter academic project enables the professors as well as the student body to support each other in developing innovative solutions for improving the urban space of the respective region.
