With a length of four semesters the program “Master of Science in Chemistry” is provided by the Technical University of Dortmund. During their study, participants enhance their both knowledge and practical skills to the current state of research in order to be able to work independently in a field such as research, development, production or analytics. In addition to the courses in analytical chemistry and technical chemistry, the program also imparts lectures in subjects of macromolecular chemistry, medical and bio-organic chemistry as well as molecular modeling. Participants are able to select from a wide range of elective courses in technical chemistry. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates will gain access to numerous fields of activity for example in areas such as organization, product management, process optimization, sales, marketing, public relations, occupational health and safety, quality management, pharmaceutical consulting, and business consulting.
