“Bachelor of Arts in Economic Policy Journalism” is provided by the Technical University of Dortmund with duration of eight semesters. Throughout the course, students will be able to obtain deep understanding of political and social developments.During the training newsroom at the Institute of Journalism,prospective students acquire know-how to combine economic theory and journalistic practice.By providing an overview of methods and contents of scientific research on economic policy journalism in particular,the program provides with an understanding of journalism as a science and teaches the basics and developments of media law relevant for journalistsalong with current journalistic topics and economic policy problems of daily politics.
