Provided by the Technical University of Dortmund the program “Bachelor of Arts for Teacher Training in Economics-Politics/Social Sciences (Grammar Schools and Comprehensive Schools)” is with a length of six semesters. With an interdisciplinary background, this course explores the connection between economics, sociology and politics. The aim is to particularly establish a specialized scientific base in connection to the economic thematic complexity while professionally preparing students for teaching positions. This course integrates subject didactic and thematic components with practice-theory elements.
