With a length of four semesters the program “Master of Education for Teacher Training in Educational Sciences (Secondary Schools, Grammar Schools & Comprehensive Schools, Primary Schools, Special Education, Vocational Colleges)” is offered by the Technical University of Dortmund. During this degree program, students deepen their comprehension of educational theory. Including the essential methods, the course enhances knowledge in a relation to the teaching degree.  An obligatory module on diagnosis and individual support is included. Furthermore, the profile is extended. The program strongly builds on the subject didactics while expanding both the theoretical and historical perspectives.
